Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS (updated 1st Nov 2022). 1) No cancellation or postpone of time and date within 1 week of the event date ( even if due to medical condition including covid positive), there will be No refund. You can postpone 1 time only to another date/time 1 week before the event date but there will be no refund once booked. 2) partial or full refund or credit on bad weather over wakeboarding site only, bad weather = heavy rain with poor visibilty or/and lightning thunder. All participants of the group should still come and be present for the session, Once the rain subsides, we will head out ( for 2-3hrs session), we will have the final say over the session whether it’s a go or cancel. 3) For any unforseen circumstances on our end (e.g boat breakdown during or before the session, miscommunication on date and time… etc), there will be a full or partial refund depending on situation, There will be no compensation of any kind. 4) no credit or refund for cutting short the booked session (eg medical condition, bad riding and water conditions etc. ) except for heavy rain and lightning. 5) We will have the rights to cancel or forfeit your session if you don’t show up within 30 mins of your session without any notification that you will be late or any misconduct during the session.6) Once payment is made = you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. 7) we will not be responsible for any lost or damage of your personal equipment during the session. We will not be responsible for any injuries or death during your session ( please make sure you are covered by your own insurance).
